While on the topic of self-awareness, I know I often get asked if I am aware of my own presence in the world and how it affects others. In this case, I’m answering that question and the question of whether I am aware of my own self.
I think I can safely say that I am. I am aware of myself in a way that most people aren’t. I am aware of myself for the most part, but I know that I’m not aware of everything. A few days ago I visited a new bar and when I got to the door it was locked. I was about to leave, but I realized that I was not looking in the right place.
I feel that this is an important distinction. Even if you are aware of yourself, you are still aware of yourself, but you are not really aware of yourself for a while. When you are aware of yourself, you are aware of your thoughts, your emotions, your actions, and your intentions. When you are not aware of yourself, you are still aware of yourself, but you are not aware of how you are to act.
The same idea applies in a very particular way to zman. You’re not aware of how you are to act, but you’re still aware of your thoughts.

This is an interesting idea, but it is also very easy to fall into a pattern of thinking that you are aware, but not aware. If you think you are not aware of your thoughts, you are still in that pattern. This is a very common, but very bad pattern, so if you want to get better at thinking you are fully aware, check out a few of the many methods below.
I have a few thoughts on the zman method. First, you need to make sure you have a lot of self awareness before trying to improve your thinking. I believe that if you can only think and act a certain way, then you are aware of how you act. There are many ways to do this (and many more that I have not thought of yet), but the most common is to stop looking at yourself and look at what you are doing.
After you learn that you do not need to look at yourself, then you can start to think about what you actually want to improve. You can even start to think about what you do not want to change right now.
Learning how to change the way you think and act will take practice, but the better part is that once you do, you will be able to make changes on a regular basis. As long as you don’t start to think and act the same way over and over again, you will start to have a sense of who you are, what you want to be, and what you want to change.
One of the most important things you can do to make your life better is to focus on what will help you be better. For example, if you want to improve your skills at playing guitar then you should find a guitar teacher. Then you should practice and study about the way you play. Then you should go on a guitar jam session. Then you should go to the guitar store, buy a new guitar and practice it. And so on….
